We inform you that, in accordance with current legislation and safety guidelines, specific safety measures are applied during the transportation of alternative fuel vehicles (AFVs) – such as electric, hybrid, hydrogen, or natural gas vehicles – on board ships.

• AFVs must be declared during the booking process.
• For fully electric or plug-in hybrid vehicles, the battery charge level must not exceed 40% of total capacity.
• For vehicles powered by LPG or natural gas, fuel tanks must not contain more than 50% of their total capacity. In addition, isolation valves must be closed prior to boarding.
• Charging of these vehicles during the voyage is strictly prohibited.
• The crew reserves the right to inspect the vehicle before boarding.
