Consequently, Twin Net acts as an intermediary in the transaction between the user and the third party provider. As soon as the third party provider confirms the result of the requested transaction, Twin Net will notify the user about the outcome of his/her requested transaction.

Ticket prices listed on www.digitickets.gr account for the total cost of the electronic services provided by Twin Net, including taxes. Please note that when using the telephone reservation service, and some other help desk services, users will be informed of the additional fee for that service which will be added to the ticket price published at www.digitickets.gr. The cost of each item (ticket) offered through www.digitickets.gr is solely determined by the relevant third party provider, and Twin Net is not responsible for that determination and / or changes in any of these prices.
These prices are listed on www.digitickets.gr and can be modified by Twin Net, even after the completion of the reservation process, if the corresponding third party provider decides to change them. However, this happens only exceptionally, and in most cases it is due to an increase in tax and/or customs fees.
Payment for the services/products bought through www.digitickets.gr is done according to the terms disclosed here. Typically, payment is made by credit card. The data of the credit card holder is automatically transmitted to the financial/banking institution that performs the transaction and charges the holder’s credit card. Users must only use their own credit cards.
In order to provide its services, Twin Net is entitled to request any information it considers necessary to verify a user's ID, credit card data, or address (e.g. a copy of a passport or personal ID, a credit card, proof of address).
Third Party Providers are solely responsible for defining and announcing their ticket cancellation and ticket change procedures.
Any user who wishes to cancel or change a reservation or booking must send his/her request to info@digitickets.gr. She/he will be informed about the terms and conditions set by the relevant third party provider and the amount to be refunded and/or the cancellation fee which needs to be paid. In addition to this amount, Twin Net will impose a service charge (see here for more details). Please note that any fee or commission paid to Twin Net for the completion of the initial reservation is not refundable.
Our services strictly respect the privacy of users' personal data, asking the user to provide only the minimum information necessary to complete a transaction. The official working hours of the Twin Net headquarters and its customer service helpdesk are Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 pm.
Phone support for reservations, bookings, cancellations, or ticket changes, as well as payment for tickets in cash at the offices of Twin Net, can take place exclusively during the above stated hours.
Customer service and help desk support via e-mail are available every day of the week, from Monday to Sunday, from 9:00 am to 12:00 midnight.
Any request for support (via e-mail or by telephone) which is submitted outside the aforementioned hours will be attended to on the next working day after the date of its receipt.
Twin Net reserves the right to amend these terms unilaterally.
Non-acceptance of these terms or their violation, in whole or in part, gives Twin Net the right to refuse its services to the offending user and / or to block his/her access to www.digitickets.gr and the services and products provided through it.
The trade relations between users and Twin Net are governed by and construed in accordance with Greek law, and the courts of Athens are solely responsible for the resolution of any dispute concerning these relations.
